Leading High Technology Software Company

The Challenge:
IT department historically had a mixed track record of delivering value to the business. Projects chronically came in late, had poor quality, poor on-time / on-budget delivery and were viewed by the business as 60% solutions. Organization also had a large number of projects that were not aligned with business objectives.

The Solution:
The HBS Consulting engagement team used its business and technical expertise to analyze and develop optimized PDLC and PMO processes and systems. Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to do the following:

- Created customized PDLC to fit current business and SOX compliance requirements
- Helped educate organization on new PDLC processes and requirements
- Assisted project teams in producing high-quality templates, artifacts and deliverables
